1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Layer, you agree to these terms. If you use Layer on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; changes never affect an active billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Fair use

Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. Automated scraping, resale of access, or usage patterns that degrade the service for others may result in throttling or suspension after notice.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Limitation of liability

Layer is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
