Refund Policy

1. 7-day money back guarantee
If Layer isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription — no questions asked. The refund covers your first payment on any plan (₹999, ₹1,999 or ₹3,999 monthly, and equivalent yearly plans).
2. How to request a refund
Email billing@layers.one from your registered address with the subject “Refund request”. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, credited in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Renewals and cancellations
Renewal payments are not eligible for the money back guarantee, but you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the billing period. Yearly plans cancelled mid-term retain access until the term ends.
4. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across accounts or violations of our fair-use policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.
